Purpose: As an Automation and Manpower Productivity Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving automation projects within our operations. Your expertise in both automation and workforce productivity will be critical to our success. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Automation Strategy and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, robotics, and AI technologies.
  • Lead the implementation of automation projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Manpower Productivity Enhancement:

  • Analyze workforce productivity metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to enhance workforce efficiency.
  • Implement training programs to upskill employees in automation-related tasks.

Financial Acumen:

  • Understand cost structures, budgeting, and financial implications of automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure cost-effective project execution.

Project Management:

  • Apply project management methodologies to oversee automation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Collaboration and Change Management:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of automation solutions.
  • Manage change effectively, addressing any resistance or challenges.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of automation initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs related to productivity, cost savings, and quality improvements.
  • Make informed decisions based on data insights.

Risk Mitigation and Compliance:

  • Assess risks associated with automation projects and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Maintain documentation related to automation processes.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead a team of automation specialists, engineers, and project managers.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, (Any field- Preferred Industrial Engineer)
  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in automation project management and workforce productivity improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies (robotics, PLCs, SCADA, etc.).
