Your Responsibilities

Our Product Team plays a critical role in unlocking customer value, identifying market opportunities, and shaping the future of battery energy storage and flexibility markets. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Energy Trading to lead the development of innovative trading products that maximize value for our customers while accelerating the energy transition.

The Product Team defines the “WHAT”—what is truly worth building to create meaningful impact for our customers and the energy market of tomorrow. As a Senior Product Manager, your key mission is to identify, define, and prioritize opportunities that drive value for our customers and Entrix while staying ahead of market developments.

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals, ensuring our products remain market-leading and future-proof.
• Identify and drive customer value by deeply understanding customer needs, trading challenges, and market opportunities.
• Gather and analyze requirements, market trends, regulations, and end-customer needs to shape product decisions.
• Translate insights into clear product features and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with engineering teams.
• Anticipate energy market and regulatory developments to position our product for future revenue streams and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, tech) to ensure seamless product execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Engage with key partners and stakeholders to drive strategic integrations and enhance performance.
• Continuously analyze product performance metrics, guiding improvements and innovations to maintain competitive advantage.

Your Profile

• 1+ years experience in the energy industry in Germany, ideally in a market-facing or technical role, with knowledge of its regulatory and commercial dynamics.
• 5+ years experience of hands-on product management experience in Tech industry working on complex software products.
• You enjoy working at the intersection of tech, product and business development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex technology products.
• You enjoy solving problems and sparring ideas in a cross-functional team with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in German is a plus

• You have built and managed a truly innovative product.
