As our Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in guiding our customers to success by driving product adoption, and ensuring they maximize the value of our services. If you're a proactive, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! What can you expect?
- You introduce our customers to the platform and accompany them step by step in their projects
- You will establish a good and preferably long-lasting customer relationship
- Thanks to our diverse clients, you can choose whether you want to focus on specific sectors or regions and thus develop into a specialist, or whether you prefer to build up a varied and diverse client portfolio
- You can constantly add new clients to your portfolio - so it will always be exciting and varied
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience
- You work in a structured and independent manner and are a real team player
- You are always customer-oriented and enjoy dealing with international business customers.
- You should have experience in sustainability and/or compliance
- You have an affinity for software/apps and have already gained experience in the administration of software solutions
- You ideally already have experience in purchasing and supply chain management
- You communicate clearly and have a good command of German and English. Another foreign language would be an advantage
