Senior Analyst HRIS, Workday Compensation & Benefits
Position Summary
The Analyst \Sr. Analyst HRIS, Workday Compensation & Benefits position is responsible for supporting, extending, and improving operational efficiencies within Human Resources. They will lead, as a thought partner, for customer groups, advise on business requirements, data presentation, and support decision making. This position will directly interact with other members of the HRS group, senior global HR leadership, as well as other senior business leadership across the Brookfield supported footprint.
This position will be required to be onsite.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Compensation and Benefits.
- Hands on Experience in HCM Core, Compensation, calculated field and strong technical skill in workday Benefits, Payroll module and has ability to build complex Plan Eligibility rules, Compensation Plan.•Good to have knowledge in Advance Compensation
- Understand and configure Benefits (US & Canada Mandatory)
- Strong in creating condition rules in Business Process Definitions as per the business request and prepare Test Cases, test Plan and conduct manual testing on each release
- Good understanding on policy and In-depth knowledge to configure required Compensation statements, made use of calculated fields and rules in Bonus, Compensation calculations.
- Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations.
- Analyses large HR data loads to ensure accurate data transfer
- Provides training and assistance utilizing Workday Community and other supported applications as well as guidance on Workday process best practices to the HR Service Operations team
- Collaborate with business users to implement process upgrades and system enhancements, leads testing and data validations, maintains data integrity, and ensures that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives
- Understanding of Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), integrations, and calculated fields as well as being proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Support & document new functionality that is set up for Brookfield (Workday Releases R1\R2)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Workday Compensation , Benefits and HCM is required.
- Preferred Time zone to crossover with US and Canada Team
- Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing and competing priorities and timelines Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to collaborate and deliver excellent service to internal customers and can work effectively in a global team setting
