Your tasks
- Business Development
Responsibility for the partnerships sector and its strategic development
- Partner Management & Funnel Steering
Identification, qualification, and management of partners along a commercially oriented funnel via HubSpot
- Onboarding & Partner Support
Professional integration and management of new partners to achieve measurable commercial results
- Creation of Sales Documents
Development and preparation of relevant materials to support the sales process
- Representation of EcoPlanet
Participation in conferences, webinars, and events to strengthen the company’s presence
- Proactive Process Optimization
Contribution to scalable processes that drive business success and sustainable growth

Professional:- Technical Experience
Excellent proficiency in MS Office and Google Slides/Sheets for efficient data processing and presentation
- Quality & Customer Focus
Strong understanding of customer needs, partner requirements, and ensuring high work quality
- Experience in Customer-Oriented Environments
Practical experience through relevant internships or full-time positions with direct customer interaction
- Excellent German and English Skills
Fluent in spoken and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex content precisely and professionally
Practical Experience in Strategically Driven Business Environments
Relevant internships or employment in management consulting, high-growth companies, or startups, with a focus on analytical and strategic challenges
- Academic Background
Above-average degree in a business, engineering, or natural science major from a recognized university
