Job Description
Your tasks
- Supporting the further development of key initiatives in the area of Customer Excellence, particularly the expansion of the NPS tool and other initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Customer Excellence
- Analyzing customer feedback, product usage, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) to derive data-driven recommendations for action
- Identifying potential areas for improvement in existing processes and developing new approaches to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, particularly from Product, Tech, and Sales, to improve the overall customer experience

- Enrolled student in a business-related, technical, or analytical degree program
- First experience in customer-facing teams (e.g., Customer Success, Sales, Consulting) is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
- Proficient in using Google Suite and CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
