Join us as Sales Development Representative RoE (m/f/d) and take our track record of achieving sales targets to the next level. If you have experience in sales and cold calling is one of your strengths, you are the talent we’re looking for to identify and qualify new leads in the european region, ideally with a focus on the french market. What can you expect?
  • Converting leads: You turn marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Customer contact: You reach out to potential customers through cold calls and emails
  • Demo presentation: You introduce our company to potential customers
  • Demand Analysis: You identify customer needs using the BANT process
  • Identify Business opportunities: You actively look for new business opportunities in the market
  • Organize Meetings: You arrange meetings or calls between (potential) customers and the sales team
  • Reportings: You regularly report on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Update: You stay updated on new solutions
What should you bring along?
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR, Sales Account Executive or similar role)
  • ESG Knowledge: Experience selling ESG solutions is valued
  • Sales Technicques: Hands-on experience with multiple sales technicques (including cold calls)
  • Track record: Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • CRM experience: Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Software skills: Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Sales Metrics: Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and ideally French
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Education: BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
