Job Description

Voltus is seeking a driven Customer Success Analyst who possesses a deep curiosity, embraces complexity, and drives toward solutions. The right candidate possesses a constant desire to dig deep and identify actionable insights in order to execute on Voltus’ promises to both our internal and external customers. This candidate takes pride in figuring out new ways to do something better and in less time, wants to get into the weeds, and has relentless attention to detail. The candidate will identify and report on key indicators of customer health and team performance, using those findings to set the strategic agenda, drive projects for the Customer Success organization and present recommendations to the Customer Success leadership.The successful candidate will possess a passion for creating innovative analysis, working across multiple tools to build insights, develop findings and present recommendations that transcend the numbers. Ideally, this person will have worked or interned in a support or sales strategy & operations environment or in a comparable environment that requires business acumen combined with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational and analytical requests across Operations and Energy Markets
  • Create and improve internal analytical processes across Operations and Energy Markets
  • Identify and execute opportunities across systems, tools, and processes to increase the level of automation of current processes
  • Support the creation and maintenance of new and existing data objects for internal applications, including reporting
  • Manage reporting, analysis, and presentation of key performance data for the organization
  • Manage and participate in projects with key stakeholders to make data-driven decisions on topics including: adoption strategy, operational performance improvements, and process improvement
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal customers such as Customer Success leadership, operations teams, engineering, product management, IT, marketing and other cross-functional teams to achieve objectives
  • Take part in key strategic initiatives to transform and shape the business for delivering growth at scale

Qualifications

  • Strongly aligned with Voltus values and mission
  • 1-2 years of analytical experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and produce quality work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent quantitative analytic skills with demonstrated proficiency with technical concepts
  • Self-starter with ability to identify and appropriately prioritize most pressing needs in our business operations
  • Initiative to drive projects to resolution and seek guidance when needed
  • Communicative and collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient while being adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day
  • Excited to understand the big picture and interconnectedness of process and systems, and not afraid to dive deeply into a specific subject
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Prior experience working with large sets of data and data analysis with SQL
  • Experience with reporting and visualization platforms such as Tableau and DataStudio
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for STEM degrees
  • The role is remote

  • Basic familiarization with traditional front-end languages
  • Demonstrated track record of telling great stories with data
