You will make sure our members' experience in the store is unforgettable. You’re the first point of contact for the store Swappers, Swapdesk, and Store & Field Manager during the shift. You will lead and work alongside the team and ensure that the store looks awesome! 🚀
How you pedal us forward
You will drive the member experience to an awesome store experience
You will act as the first point of contact for customers in the store
Solve the more difficult member-related issues in the store
Responsible for the store KPI's
Forecasting the number of bikes & repairs needed per month
Manage and oversee the scheduling of a 20-person team
If someone joins your awesome Swap team, you will be responsible for the onboarding of new store Swappers
Involved in the hiring process of new store Swappers
Evaluate Swappers together with the Store & Field Manager
Provide input to the Store & Field Manager regarding daily operations in the store
Have a couple of lead hours and work the other hours in the store delivering outstanding service to members & potential customers
Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized
Repair bikes in the store
The gear you need
Secondary vocational education working or thinking level
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Preferably you have a local network in the city
Preferably experience in retail, restaurant, hotel, or other service-oriented industries
Affinity with bikes and service
Fluent in English
You are available full-time
