What we’re looking for:
Nexamp is hiring a Vice President of Clean Energy Deployment (CED) Operations, tasked with overseeing the Pre-Deployment, Estimation, and operational improvement to ensure seamless organizational integration to achieve organizational objectives. This pivotal role involves evaluating and mitigating early-stage project risks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance CED Operations' interoperability within the company. A cornerstone of success in this position is the ability to meet or surpass margin objectives and facilitate increased Substantial Completion throughput. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership qualities, with a focus on motivating teams directly and indirectly outside their sphere of influence. Utilizing continuous improvement strategies, the Vice President will lead initiatives to elevate internal productivity, integrate project value engineering initiatives, focusing on cost and schedule efficiencies. A critical aspect of this role includes refining project lifecycle processes to minimize rework, streamline manual tasks, and implement best practices, ultimately achieving higher quality and cost-effectiveness through standardization and automation.
We are accepting candidates across our hub offices of Boston, MA and Chicago, IL where you will be hybrid 3 days a week. You will report to the SVP, Clean Energy Deployment.

Compensation
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $200,000 - $230,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but is not limited to, skills and qualifications, internal equity, performance, and geographic location.
