As a Customer Support Specialist (m/f/x) your mission is to manage and deliver orders for satellite imagery and other geospatial data, help customers use and understand our products and ensure a reliable and positive experience. The key to success in this role is efficiency, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, while paying attention to details. Proactive attitude towards achieving your goals and the ability to understand and empathize with the customers will make you the exact candidate we are looking for!

What you will do:

  • Manage customer orders and projects through internal and external production and delivery channels.

  • Manage communication with the customers, keep them up to date on the status of their orders and other related requests.

  • Collaborate with our Partners to ensure effective order processing and project completion.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and grow customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product and engineering teams on projects to improve user experience, efficiency and quality of our products and services.

Here is a good summary of what we are looking for:

  • Track record and experience in managing customer relationships and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveries in a B2B environment.

  • Great organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

  • Effective communication and problem solving skills, ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes, understand their issue and find the best possible solution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.

  • Geospatial background or comparable experience working with GIS tools or remote sensing data is not mandatory, but a big plus.
