IT Systems Administrator - Fixed Route

Maintains systems security access control including granting access with appropriate roles.</div><div>· Identify ways to improve or automate processes to keep improving efficiency of the end users.</div><div>· Work and communicate with cross functional teams that interact with the products being administered: payroll, operations, finance, HR etc.</div><div>· Monitor, triage and reassign maintenance requests.</div><div>· Supports the deployment and maintenance of Conference AV, phone, and other related systems.</div><div>· Maintains procedures and standards for the orderly flow of data throughout the site network.</div><div>· Perform customer support and first level troubleshooting for users of the administered systems.</div><div>· Coordinates required work with and assists Corporate service delivery, infrastructure, and specialist teams to deliver project and operational goals.</div><div>· All other duties as assigned</div><div>Qualifications:</div><div>Required Education and Experience:</div><div>· High School Diploma or GED required;</div><div>· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred;</div><div>· Degree in Technology Management, Information Systems or related field – preferred</div><div>· 4 or more years experience in IT environment, ideally with SaaS products</div><div>Skills and Knowledge Required:</div><div>· Strong logic and analytical skills.</div><div>· Very comfortable with technology, able to discover your way through complex products and leverage functionalities to their fullest.</div><div>· Full proficiency in Microsoft Office products.</div><div>· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</div><div>· Ability to organize and prioritize dynamic workloads.</div><div>· Impeccable attention to detail.</div><div>· Experience communicating with people from multiple backgrounds.</div><div>· Comfortable in cross functional team environments.</div><div>· Proficiency with using a touchscreen smartphone (Android preferred but not required).</div><div></div><div>Physical Requirements:</div><div>· Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to manipulate; handle or feel; reach with hands or arms; and talk or hear;</div><div>· Frequently required to sit;</div><div>· Occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl and smell;</div><div>· Occasionally required to lift up to 45 pounds</div><div>· Remaining work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer; time is spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer.</div><div>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
