Job Purpose - Water is one of Colorado’s most precious resources, and conserving it is essential for the state’s long-term resilience. Resource Central’s Lawn Replacement program partners with over 30 Colorado municipalities and water providers to put water conservation into action through sustainable landscaping options. Conservation Crew members will play an essential role in completing lawn removal projects across the Front Range. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a fun team environment, who are passionate about conservation, and interested in working outdoors in small teams. The position starts May 12th, 2025 and is expected to last until September 2025. Full-time seasonal positions are preferred; however, part-time opportunities can become available. The compensation is $19.00/hr, plus applicable mileage reimbursement, cell phone stipend, paid training, and sick leave. Help our program participants remove their lawns, making way for a better sustainable low water landscape!
