We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Beamsville, ON. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The role requires a focus on efficiency, safety, and accuracy to ensure products are handled in a timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring the accuracy of items received.
- Store products in appropriate locations while maintaining organization and safety in the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with customer orders and company procedures.
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move heavy items safely within the warehouse.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of products using warehouse management systems.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks as required.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure the efficient flow of goods.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support other warehouse functions, as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities required)
- Valid Canadian driver鈥檚 license is required.
- Forklift and Reach truck certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
