This role offers a 40-hour work week - Monday - Friday Guaranteed tenure-based wage increases at five months ($0.75) and one year ($0.75) Our Values

General Responsibilities
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures consistently
- Support additional operational needs as they arise
- Maintain positive communication with team members across all functions
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Sort and process materials carefully to maximize reuse and recycling potential
- Operate warehouse equipment including balers, pallet jacks, and straddle stackers, with on-the-job training provided as needed
- Prepare outbound shipments accurately
- Other duties assigned as necessary by management
Job Requirements
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance - we count on each other to be here when scheduled so we can deliver excellent service as a team
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 49 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to read and follow written or oral instructions in English
- Ability to communicate effectively digitally via text and email.
- Must pass a background check if offered the position.
