What to Expect
As our London team continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated onsite Office Manager to take ownership of all office management responsibilities and create a well-supported, engaging workplace. You will play a key role in ensuring a productive and organised environment, overseeing daily operations and managing office resources. Your role will contribute to team morale and efficiency, making sure the office is a great place to work.
What you'll do
- Office Operations – Manage day-to-day office activities with a strong onsite presence (4 days per week in the office).
- Facilities & Vendor Management – Oversee relationships with service providers and ensure the office environment remains productive.
- Resource & IT Management – Maintain office supplies, manage IT hardware setups/returns, and oversee general admin support.
- Event Coordination – Organise team meetings, office events, and company-wide initiatives.
- Travel & Scheduling Support – Assist with travel arrangements and calendar management for London-based teams.
- Point of Contact – Serve as the go-to person for all office-related queries, ensuring an efficient and well-supported workplace.
You'll succeed with
- Experience in Office Management – A background in managing office operations, administration, or similar roles.
- Strong Organisational Skills – Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management – Strong interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership.
- Event Management Skills – Comfortable organising team events and company initiatives.
- Budget & Vendor Management – Experience overseeing office expenses and managing external service providers.
- Technical Proficiency – G-Suite proficient
- Basic IT Knowledge – Comfortable with setting up and managing IT equipment for the office.
