Join Archive in our mission to change consumer shopping behavior for the better. If you think humans buy too much stuff and throw too much away, then this problem is for you. As the leading technology platform for branded resale, we now power circular businesses for 50+ brands globally including Lululemon, The North Face, New Balance, Dr. Marten’s, Oscar de la Renta, Faherty, and more.

We are growing our team of highly motivated, forward-thinking individuals to help build the most delightful user experience for shopping used items, and the software to help brands make this a significant part of their business. If this mission speaks to you, come join us as we grow our share of the booming second hand market—projected to grow 3X faster than the overall global apparel market and to hit $350 Billion globally by 2028.

The Implementation & Success organization ensures Archive’s customers are successfully onboarded and getting maximum value from our platform; guiding clients from implementation kick-off, through launch, and into maintenance and support.

As a Solutions Architect, you'll work directly with our largest, most strategic customers to lead customer discovery, platform customization and systems integrations through implementation and beyond. You will leverage your technical expertise and creative problem solving skills to craft a vision for how Archive's platform and services will enable brands to launch innovative and unique circular programs. You'll lead the cross-functional effort of deploying Archive's platform while solving for new requirements and exceeding customer expectations.

Role Definition & Responsibilities

  • Use your technical creativity to overcome ambiguity and design highly customized solutions for customers leveraging all aspects of our circular technology platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the customer organization; including technology, marketing, ops, finance and others to help them realize their vision for branded resale
  • Ensure we deliver high quality outcomes while maintaining timelines, identifying risks and collaborating cross-functionally to find resolutions
  • Streamline future implementations with process improvements and platform development initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a client-facing technical role, leading technical projects and/or managing accounts in an enterprise environment
  • Proven ability to work directly with external customers, lead client discussions, problem solve in real time and influence stakeholder decisions
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to learn new technologies quickly and to break down and explain complex technical concepts to less technical audiences
  • Experience synthesizing business, ops and technical requirements and communicating them clearly to internal product and engineering teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and comfort with lots of ambiguity where no two days are the same
  • Experience at an enterprise B2B or B2B2C SaaS company with complex, technical implementations a plus
  • Experience working on or along-side commercial teams to drive customer success and growth outcomes a plus

Archive is a Series B company backed by lauded investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Energize Capital, and Bain Capital Ventures. We consider applicants of all backgrounds. If you are excited about what we’re building but don't meet some of the criteria above, please don’t let that discourage you from applying. Please note, we are unable to accept applications from candidates outside of the US at this time.
