Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Investor Relations will be responsible for developing and executing the IR strategy for Voltus. The Director of Investor Relations is a bright, gritty, good individual who thrives on forming strong relationships and educating investors on delivered results and the Voltus vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute upon a robust investor relations strategy and framework
Develop investor confidence in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value
Maintain a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
Manage equity research and investor relationships
Help coordinate investor conferences, investor roadshows, earnings conference calls, financial press releases, and investor meetings
Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team
Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls
Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters
Help prepare the company’s Annual Report, SEC filings, and proxy statements

Established and credible reputation in the investment community; proven success in leading investor relations functions
Superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring employees and investors
Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
Ability to excel in a high-performance, professional environment while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
