Manager role that is responsible for driving the customer / channel strategy from development to execution in partnership with the Sales, Sales Finance and multiple Operations teams. This role will drive critical decision making on customer management and provide analytics and data visualization support to optimize the order to cash cycle, while enabling key metrics for on-time fulfillment and delivery to customers.

You Will

  • Develop and validate operations trends - lead projects that provide feedback to collaborators and leadership with the goal of improving the customer experience
  • Develop relevant reports and dashboards relating to customer order trends and order processing that help identify, prevent, and correct processing discrepancies.
  • Suggest improvements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on discrepancies and trends identified through operations analysis
  • Work cross-functionally across a broad range of partners -- sales, logistics, supply planning, and demand planning—to automate processes and optimize customer operations
  • Drive resolution of customer-related issues with internal/external business partners.
  • Act as point of contact for field sales, sales operations and finance team for order inquiries
  • Find opportunities and lead implementation of customer analyses that help establish policies with key customers
  • Work closely with the supply planning team to meet a fill order rate of 99% across all Impossible SKUs
  • Spearhead initiatives with 3PLs, including new product introduction readiness and order fulfillment optimization
  • Partner with QA on customer feedback processes and field product quality issues
  • Focal point to work with IT on EDI integration & validation testing for new customers.

You Have

  • Masters degree (or Bachelors plus experience) in Operations, Business, Supply Chain or similar field
  • Minimum 8+ years’ of experience in customer or equivalent cross-functional team facing roles, together with related operations experience. Experience working with sales and customers preferred
  • Strong analytical skills including reporting / dashboard experience in Tableau, data warehousing, metrics development
  • Experience in SAP-ERP, Oracle applications, O9, Anaplan or equivalent
  • Must be a sophisticated spreadsheet user.
  • Experience with various facets within operations including inventory, logistics, warehousing and product management
  • Ability to cultivate teamwork & collaboration.
  • Self-starter/learner that can drive cross-functional projects.
  • Commitment to process improvement
  • Experience and ability to work independently as a member of a virtual team
