As Sr. System Analyst-PLM,  you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing PLM- Product Lifecycle Management systems. This role will also be required to successfully build credible partnerships across business functions, stakeholders, and IT to develop a robust roadmap for the Product Development team. As a critical resource of Impossible’s growing IT team, you will be working with IT leadership, immediate team, other business analysts, and project managers to deliver solutions.

You Will

  • Identify, analyze, troubleshoot the technical requirements and document business and technical cases, acting as a liaison between end-users and the Information Technology team
  • Collaborate with Product Development  and Quality functional leaders and functional owners to provide strategic direction, facilitating the process to collect and define Product Development team’s requirements
  • Contribute to the development of roadmaps to achieve the long and short-term technology capabilities for needs of the Product Development team.
  • Perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements and/or calculate cost/benefit data.
  • Facilitate BOM (Bill of Material) Management & Documentation Control, working with R&D,  Product Development  teams to maintain proper revision control across all parts.
  • Manage approvals of second source or alternate parts.
  • Control access to sensitive design documents (who can see what & when) Quality & Compliance Tracking.
  • Enable tracking all documentation required for regulatory & compliance (FCC, Product Safety, FDA, etc.)
  • Document key quality issues, and issuing/tracking deviations when parts are not meeting the specifications.
  • Lead and participate in efforts for continual system and process improvements and pursue opportunities for new, additional, and alternative tools, applications, and solutions to drive operational efficiency.

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Industrial engineering with specialization in Manufacturing or R&D.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant technical and business work experience, preferably in the Food industry.
  • PLM software to ERP (SAP) integration experience with expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting various types of data transformation and connectivity.
  • Experience with OSI PI troubleshooting, maintenance and Implementation.
  • 3-5 Years of Product Life Cycle Management Business Analysis and Implementation.
  • Expertise with leading Food industry-specific PLM tools.
  • CPG Consumer packaged goods industry experience, plus.
  • Experience with NPI – New Product Introduction.
  • Business process design and re-engineering techniques and methodsExceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and clearly communicate solutions.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies and have the ability to formulate new programs to generate excitement and engagement.
  • Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and in overcoming ambiguity.
