You are a trusted partner to our hiring teams and an expert in finding, engaging, and closing top talent across functions. You combine structured, scalable processes with a personal, high-touch approach that reflects Tanso's values and high standards. You operate with full ownership, high speed, and a deep understanding of what makes a candidate the right fit - both technically and culturally. You bring a systems mindset to recruiting: building talent pipelines, running data-informed processes, and refining tools and workflows to scale with our growth.
