Make us stay ahead in a fast-growing market.</li></ul><p> </p><h2>Your Profile</h2><p>As part of our team, …</p><ul><li>You have 2-3 years of professional experience as a marketing designer, visual designer, or in a similar creative role, with first hands-on experience in email marketing.</li><li>You are proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and are comfortable creating both static and animated assets for digital campaigns.</li><li>You have a solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis, and are experienced in using email platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.</li><li>You have a passion for sustainability and impact investing, and you’re excited about shaping the future of the industry.</li><li>You are a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills in English and German.
