This role will be responsible for responding to IT support requests, which include but are not limited to: physical equipment setup and troubleshooting, responding to support requests via ticket systems or as directed by a manager/supervisor, and the shipping or other delivery of IT equipment. Related duties will include keeping track of IT inventory, ensuring that hardware is available for incoming employees, and the collection and repurposing of hardware from former employees.
