This role is critical in supporting the accurate financial planning of cross-border activities and shared services related to the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects.<h2>Job Description:</h2>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of transfer pricing policies.</li><li>Define, calculate and track intercompany transactions among Nadara entities, in line with the cost allocation model. </li><li>Ensure the correct accounting treatment of intercompany transactions under IFRS, in coordination with the Accounting team.</li><li>Apply industrial accounting and Activity-Based Costing (ABC) methodologies to support project-based financial analysis and group-wide decision-making.</li><li>Monitor cross-border intercompany transactions, particularly in the context of international project structures and SPVs.</li><li>Support internal and external audits, related to transfer pricing matters.</li><li>Prepare clear and concise documentation, reports, and presentations in English.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in Planning &amp; Control, Tax Advisory, or Transfer Pricing.</li><li>Strong background in cost allocation, industrial accounting, and project-based financial planning.</li><li>Working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.</li><li>Proven experience with intercompany transactions.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is preferred.</li></ul>Pay And Benefits With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
