The position is located in Ramboll’s Information Security and Data Regulatory Compliance function in Ramboll’s headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark.We value good teamwork, an informal and positive atmosphere and mutual respect.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Support implementation of global and regional data regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, NIS2, AI Act, US State Privacy Laws, India DPDP, and other emerging legislation</li><li>Maintain and continuously update a global regulatory landscape matrix, ensuring accurate tracking of current and upcoming data legislation</li><li>Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable policies, procedures, templates, and controls embedded in the Data Regulation Framework</li><li>Conducting data privacy compliance reviews and audit activities and support in reporting the gaps to the Management on legal compliance status and associated risks</li><li>Work closely with Information Security, Data Privacy and Compliance teams to ensure an integrated control and risk response strategy</li><li>Being key subject matter expert in the Global Data Regulation Team providing advice on data regulatory matters, providing expert guidance on compliance with data protection laws and data regulations, and requirements and managing risks.</li></ul>Your starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.As a successful candidate you need:<ul><li>A master’s degree in law</li><li>Solid legal experience from a law firm within IT law, Data Privacy (GDPR)</li><li>At least 5+ years’ experience supporting data privacy activities, preferably within an international organisation</li><li>Solid legal knowledge and hands-on experience with GDPR, knowledge of other privacy and data regulations is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
