In this critical role, you will be the owner of our HR technology roadmap, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated to support Zoox's rapid growth and evolving business needs. You will be a key partner to the PeX team, IT, Finance, and business leaders, leveraging technology and analytics to enhance the employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and provide data-driven insights.</span></div><br><br><h3>In this role you will:</h3><ul><li>Own and evolve the HRIS strategy, ensuring alignment with Zoox’s business goals and long-term vision.</li><li>Lead the Workday HCM platform and related systems, including configuration, maintenance, integrations, and data integrity.</li><li>Manage and mentor a high-performing HRIS team, fostering collaboration, development, and operational excellence.</li><li>Optimize HR processes through automation, governance, and change management to drive efficiency and adoption.</li><li>Partner across HR and analytics teams to deliver accurate reporting, actionable insights, and effective vendor management.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>10+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including deep expertise in Workday HCM (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll).</li><li>5+ years of experience leading and developing HRIS teams in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Successfully led large-scale Workday implementations and organizational change initiatives.</li><li>Understanding of HR business processes, data governance, security, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and can turn complex data into actionable insights.</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Experience in a high-growth, technology, or autonomous vehicle company</li><li>Workday certification(s)</li><li>Experience with other HR technologies</li><li>A passion for technology and its application to solve complex business problems</li></ul><br><div><b>About Zoox</b></div><div>Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
