Customer Success Manager - Building Product Manufacturer Market

Join our small, fast-growing, Boston-based software startup that is helping to fight climate change by improving the energy efficiency of homes across the country! We have had tremendous success selling energy-efficiency solutions to the residential new construction sector, designated as the 18th fastest growing private US company in the energy sector. Our solutions are used on 75% of new certified energy-efficient homes in the US -about 300,000 homes each year. We are now looking to leverage our success and market penetration to grow ASP and penetrate other market sectors.

We’re looking for…

A Customer Success Manager who will ensure our customers get the best possible return from our subscription services.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through the onboarding process
  • Contribute to building, then testing and executing an onboarding process to provide the structure for 10x growth and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with various contacts at each customer to ensure their satisfaction and help identify additional service opportunities
  • Be the voice of the customer within Ekotrope, championing new ideas and making sure resources are allocated to achieve customer success  

You have…

  • 4+ years in Customer Success roles
  • 2+ years experience in the construction, energy efficiency and/or utility sectors
  • An absolute must: Demonstrable success in building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and manage projects
  • Good understanding of technology around SW, cloud, and home construction
