Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Performs supplier invoice/credit memo receipt, capturing and processing, using the system landscape in use</li><li>Performs payment of invoices and other payment requests, in accordance to the due date or as communicated by the requestors</li><li>Handles suppliers queries and disputes in timely manner </li><li>Performs processing and payment of the travel expenses to the concerned employee(s) in accordance with LSO</li><li>Performs monthly closing activities as per scope </li><li>Responsible to document all corresponding Internal Controls and follow all Compliance rules as per Internal Controls Matrix and CPP/ LPP</li><li>Supports  local team in internal and external financial audits</li><li>Acts as back-up for colleagues who are on leave, as per the internal regulations</li><li>Prepares the training documentation for the AP process (systems, processing rules, exceptions, etc.); updating  it with the new information received from the supervisors/direct manager </li><li>Learns new processes, when asked by the team leader or if the current activity is requiring it, in accordance to preparation and experience</li><li>Provides support to other colleagues, when they require help to fulfill their daily activities.</li><li>Assures ad hoc support for projects, initiatives</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Finance knowledge: Bachelor degree and/ or experience in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field would be an advantage (but not mandatory)</li><li>Mandatory English for business use</li><li>Analytical and logical mindset: Fact-driven and strong analytical skills, detailed oriented attitude to identify accuracy</li><li>MS Excel: Basic Excel skills</li><li>ERP (SAP S4, MS Dynamics NAV, SAP BYD, AS400…): Hand-on experience in any ERP is an advantage</li><li>MS Office : Previous experience is an advantage</li><li>Previous AR/ AP process experience would be a plus, as well as previous SSC/ BPO experience</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
