Brand Marketing Manager

Dandelion's mission is to liberate homes from fossil fuels. We're starting by transitioning geothermal heat pumps from a niche product into a mainstream home heating product that's less expensive to own than a furnace or boiler.

In the Brand Marketing Manager role, you will work closely with our Director of Marketing to implement our various marketing initiatives, lead partnership teams and provide strategic guidance for growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that drives awareness of our mission to wean homeowners off of fossil fuels and is in hyper-growth mode!

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Marketing

• Lead initiatives for our go to market strategy including working with agencies and online/offline media partners to drive awareness of the brand
• Work with cross-functional teams for strategy, planning, execution and results measurement of all marketing activity.
• Work with analytics team for marketing insights and opportunities

Partner Event Marketing

• Coordinate events, develop marketing materials, and assist with creation of other assets needed to effectively implement the event programming
• Manage our participation in industry and community events to distribute our messaging, identify new partnerships and provide post event analysis for campaigns 

Content Development

• Lead development of Dandelion thought leadership content, customer stories and blog posts.
• Own all new web content development

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a business-related field
• 3+ years in a Marketing role with a brand-focused company
• Exceptional organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Experience working with agencies (media, creative, digital) including writing creative briefs and bringing them to life in both the online and offline space
• Experience developing content and creative across multiple platforms and channels 
• Able to work cross functionally with both internal and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple projects and get things done
• Authentic communicator and self-starter
• Passionate about sustainability
