In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Team (60%) and managing the daily onsite workplace experience (40%), while serving as the first point of contact for employees and visitors. You will work closely with the Executive Team, Operations, and Procurement leaders to ensure seamless operations and a professional, positive workplace experience.  The role reports to the Executive assistant. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage executive calendar and meeting logistics across various time zones</li><li>Arrange international travel and accurately prepare and track executive expense reports</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain the reception area</li><li>Oversee building maintenance requests and manage security access badges</li><li>Monitor, order, and stock all general office, kitchen, and promotional inventory</li></ul>What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)<ul><li>Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in office administration.</li><li>Education: Post-secondary education in administrative support, office administration, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Technical Skills: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)</li><li>Soft Skills: Extreme attention to detail; a polished and professional demeanor; and a self-starter work ethic with high autonomy.</li></ul>LocationThis is a 100% onsite role based in Vaughan, ON, with a planned permanent relocation to Markham, ON, in October 2026.Mobility RequirementMust possess a valid G License and have everyday access to a reliable vehicle.What We OfferWhy join us?
