The Administrator has exceptional customer service and communication skills while having the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. This position requires an enthusiastic individual who presents a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.Job Duties<ul><li>Professionally greet and communicate with all visiting clients.</li><li>Receive courier shipments, and prepare outgoing shipments.</li><li>Monitor, communicate and schedule training for employees.</li><li>Maintain filing systems.</li><li>Create purchase orders and submit invoices to vendors.</li><li>General housekeeping. </li><li>General office duties.</li><li>Answer and transfer incoming calls</li><li>Manage recurring billing requirements</li><li>Organize and execute fundraising events</li><li>Manage travel and lodging arrangements for employees.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Outstanding attention to detail.</li><li>Great work ethic.</li><li>Business administration diploma, certificate or equivalent experience.</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.</li><li>Ability to multitask.</li><li>Able to use multiple systems such asOMS/Workday/Agile/Enablon and Google.</li></ul>#GFLTalent  We thank you for your interest.
