About The Role (What you will get to do)

We are currently seeking a software sales leader with at least 15 years of experience, some into the C-Suite. Successful candidates will have proven, established, and strong relationships in the market.   We are looking for someone with a network of senior connections to organizations that are a market fit for what we do as well as with connections that will help us to expand our own team in the market as we grow. In this role, you will be responsible for the success of our expansion into the Singapore/SEA market and overseeing the business. To succeed in this position, you must be highly driven with a strong desire to build a business from the ground up.

Responsibilities (What we expect)
  • Manage our newly expanding operation in-country
  • Recruit the very best talent in what is quickly becoming a key market for Persefoni
  • Serve as the solution expert for customers and potential customers, creating proposals, etc.
  • Negotiate with vendors and service providers 
  • Collaborate with local businesses to acquire all necessary resources and services
  • Conduct extensive research regarding the market 
  • Present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress, soliciting and incorporating feedback into the strategy
  • Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships
  • Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained
  • Adapt both the Persefoni business and marketing models to be culturally relevant 
  • Teach and mentor direct reports, especially regarding Persefoni’s vision
  • Contribute to the overall global success of our company
Qualifications (What you bring to the role)
  • 15+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS, ERP, Sustainability 
  • software, and professional services, such as strategy management consulting
  • Exceptionally well organized and driven by success
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations / rapidly growing markets
  • Outstanding negotiating skills
  • Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills
  • Solid history of data-driven strategic development
  • A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them
  • Experience navigating the Singapore Sovereign Wealth Funds and 
  • developing business because of that network
  • Experience working for U.S.-based software vendors a plus
  • Experience working in a rapidly expanding market a plus
  • Non-IT senior executive relationships a plus
  • Previous Country Manager experience is not a requirement
Job Type:

 Full-time. Exempt/Non-Exempt. Remote. Salary based on experience and location.
