Our team is supportive, approachable and invested in each other's success, creating an environment where people can develop their careers, take on meaningful responsibility and make a visible impact on projects, clients and the continued growth of the office.<h2>The Role</h2>This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our growing Bristol team and contribute to the design and delivery of some of the region's most exciting and technically challenging projects. Working alongside experienced engineers, designers and specialists, you will develop innovative mechanical building services solutions from concept through to construction across a diverse portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects. Our work spans education, higher education, workplace, science and technology, defence and mixed-use developments, offering genuine variety and exposure throughout your career. You will work closely with clients, architects and multidisciplinary design teams to deliver sustainable, technically excellent and commercially successful projects. As part of a growing team, you'll have the opportunity to take on responsibility early, build client relationships and influence project outcomes.
