Senior Digital Marketing Associate

Dandelion's mission is to liberate homes from fossil fuels. We're starting by transitioning geothermal heat pumps from a niche product into a mainstream home heating and cooling product that's less expensive to own than a traditional HVAC system that runs on oil or natural gas. In the Senior Digital Marketing Associate role, you will work closely with our Director of Marketing to build awareness of Dandelion by implementing our lead generation marketing initiatives, owning all website activity and driving email engagement for growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that drives awareness of our mission to wean homeowners off of fossil fuels and is in hyper-growth mode!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Manage all lead generation from top of funnel awareness through the acquisition of qualified leads using paid search, social media and content marketing
• Work with cross-functional teams consisting of analytics and agency partners for strategy, planning, execution and results measurement of all lead gen activity
• Develop and optimize creative and search terms across multiple platforms

Email Marketing:

• Lead all email communications to potential and existing customers
• Develop and execute workflows in HubSpot to get appropriate messaging out 

Website and Partnership Management:

• Lead external partner relationships and execute on all matters related to partnership
• Own all website content from day to day content management to updating the website and adding new content as needed
• Own all SEO optimization to drive organic lead acquisition

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business-related field preferred
• 3+ years in lead generation including deep knowledge of social, search and content marketing
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (or other related CRM) and various ads manager
• Experience managing SEO content 
• Exceptional organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Experience developing content and creative across multiple platforms and channels 
• Able to work cross functionally with both internal and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple projects and get things done
• Authentic communicator and self-starter
• Enjoy getting your hands dirty
• Passionate about sustainability
