Job Description

The Senior Salesforce Program Manager needs to interact daily with internal business users and owners to understand change requests while extracting and documenting their key requirements. Must continuously work with both end users, subject matter experts and technical resources to review, understand the impact and maintain the Salesforce database as needed. This role must work tightly with the Salesforce technical teams to ensure proper execution of successful business operation enhancements. Must be able to be hands on and maintain daily and strategic platform tasks. Must be able to read, modify and maintain any declarative development functions across the entire Salesforce platform with expertise.

What you will be doing at Generate Capital as the Senior Salesforce Program Manager:

  • Analyze processes to streamline operations, minimize costs, & enhance usability of programs
  • Lead & participate in cross functional teams across all departments to drive requirements in existing & new business operations
  • Maintain process flow & business requirement documents for all aspects of the CRM
  • Build & maintain UAT documents as new org requirements are developed
  • Help develop new programs, timelines, task & assist in the implementation of new projects
  • Manage the analysis of large data sets & manipulate as necessary
  • Oversee the maintenance of existing CRM & related infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot end user issues & provision/terminate users as necessary
  • Develop and Facilitate End User Training

Candidate qualifications & core characteristics: 

  • A demonstrated passion for, and commitment to, our mission
  • Firm understanding of Software Development Life Cycle protocols
  • Solid communication, organizational skills & analytical reasoning
  • Extremely detail oriented mindset
  • 10+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst or other related Operations Analyst roles
  • Experience implementing CRM, PRM and ERP systems & integrations across them
  • Experience managing complex enterprise projects for 10+ years
  • Hands on with Salesforce technical functionality
  • Hands on with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
  • Hands on building and modifying custom apps
  • Hands on with Approval Processes
  • Strong familiarity with Complex Automation and its capabilities
  • Experience training cross departmental users
  • Proficient at writing User Acceptance Testing documents
  • Proficient at writing Business Requirements Documents
  • Proficient at building & managing project timelines
  • Ability to work well with team members, internal customers
  • Firm ability to analyze & problem solve complex business processes
  • Firm understanding of integration operations best practices
  • Unimpeachable integrity and glowing references
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy, intuition, and listening as well as strong writing, editing, and basic design skills.
  • High level of self-awareness and humility, with excitement about confronting uncomfortable situations or new challenges
